3. Zara, Westfield Stratford city
At Westfield Stratford City, Zara has unveiled a ground-breaking new digital shop concept.
This store is located on Montfichet Road in Stratford, around 5.81 miles northeast of the heart of London (nearby Stratford International Station and Stratford Centre).
The two-story shop is nearly twice as big as the former Zara store in the East London shopping center at almost 50,000 square feet.
It is not only enormous but also extremely sophisticated.
Since January, the store has been undergoing renovations. In its stead, Zara’s first pop-up location, which exclusively accepted online purchases and some of its features have been carried over to this flagship location, was temporarily installed.
The first floor contains a designated online area for the purchase and collection of online orders, with two automated online order collecting stations capable of handling 2,400 orders at once. This area is in addition to the typical women’s, men’s, and children’s departments.
Customers in the neighborhoods of Bow, Temple Mills, Stratford Marsh, Forest Gate, Stratford, Stratford New Town, Bromley-By-Bow, and West Ham are welcome to use this store’s services.
